Childcare Providers

We think every child deserves to play in a safe environment.

To help with this cause, we are proud to offer childcare providers a discount for any of our egress window installations.

Just have a copy of your registration handy, and we will do the rest.

Our childcare discounts equal 15%.

We have payment plans availible for providers. In addition, we will work with providers receiving grants or assistance from both public and private organizations. For help with finding funding in your area, please call 515-309-1694 and ask for Terri. She will be happy to assist any childcare provider seeking help.

Installing an egress window does more than make your childcare safer. It creates a lighter space and makes circulation available in your basement. In addition it assures your clients that in case of an emergency you have taken all the necessary steps to ensure their child's safety.

All B and C registered homes in Iowa that are using basement space for childcare are required to have at least one Egress Window for fire emergencies, which is no more than 44 inches from the ground with permanent steps and meets minimum size requirements.

If your egress window install is $2300.00 and you get approval for a $1000 grant from a private foundation, we would require $500 up front to install your window. You would then owe $1800.00. The balance would be due 30 days from the date of install. $1000 would come from the grant and the other $800 would be your responsibility.

Payment plans are available for providers who qualify. Payment plans can only be approved for amounts not covered by grants. Grant funds are due upon receipt by provider.
